What is the INH Hair return policy?Updated 7 months ago

INH Hair will happily accommodate returns or exchanges of unopened and unaltered hot tools and hair pieces within 30 days of delivery *but please note that certain exclusions apply. Due to several laws that regulate the return of hair, a VOID seal/security tie is placed on our packaging for hygiene purposes.

• If you would like to return your hair piece or hot tool, you may do so as long as the seal is not removed or opened and the item(s) have not been handled, altered, or worn. If the seal is tampered with or the package is broken in other areas, we are not able to refund the item.
• If you would like to exchange your extensions, ponytail, or bun for a different shade, we would be happy to help you with an exchange for a product in your correct shade - even if your hair piece has been opened.

PRO TIPS:

For all hair extensions and ponytail extensions we encourage customers to check the tester piece located at the top portion of our packaging first, before committing to opening the full package. This tester piece allows you to check the color of the hair piece against your natural hair to ensure you are happy with the blend. If you are not sure of your shade match before purchasing, please click here for extra assistance or reply directly to this message with a photo of your hair in natural light.

Upon initiating a return or exchange of a hair piece:

Please include the tester portion of your hair piece from the top part of the packaging in your return package. Please note, the tester piece may NOT be dyed, cut, or altered in any way. Ensuring the return of all packaging components is imperative for us to process your return or exchange.
