Can I return an opened item?Updated 7 months ago

Due to several laws that regulate the return of hair, a VOID seal/security tie is placed on our packaging for hygiene purposes. If you would like to return your hair piece or hot tool, you may do so as long as the seal is not removed or opened and the item(s) have not been handled, altered, or worn. If the seal is tampered with or the package is broken in other areas, we are not able to refund the item. However, there may be instances where opened items are eligible for an exchange, replacement, or store credit.

My Hot Tool stopped working. Can I get a replacement?

Yes, we offer a 1 year manufacturer's warranty with evidence of the fault. Please submit a video or image of the defective item to [email protected] and once verified by the replacement team, your item will be replaced free of charge. For more information check out our warranty policy here.

Ordered the wrong shade?

INH Hair will happily accept an exchange for the correct shade or will offer store credit. DM us on Instagram @insertnamehere or email us at [email protected] with a few photos of your hair color in natural light and we’ll help you find the best shade!
